Relationship between water retention rate of cellulose ether and mortar temperature
Temperature changes will seriously affect the water retention of ordinary cellulose ether, while the use of excellent hydroxypropyl methylcellulose series products can effectively solve the water retention problem under high temperature. Under the action of cellulose ether, water is gradually released to the base or air over a long period of time, thus ensuring that the cementitious material (cement or stone) has enough time to gradually crystallize and harden with water.
