Product Details

Hydroxyethyl cellulose is a nonionic water-soluble polymer that is widely used in industries such as architectural coatings, petroleum, medicine, and daily chemicals. It has thickening, bonding, emulsifying, dispersing, and stabilizing effects, and can retain moisture. Forms a film and provides a protective colloid effect, is easily soluble in cold and hot water, and can provide solutions with a wide range of viscosity.

Product performance

1. It can provide excellent leveling properties without sagging or wrinkles.

2. Its thickening efficiency is not affected by the pH value of the system, and it has good compatibility with other raw materials such as pigments, additives, salts or electrolytes.

3. Can reduce splashing properties

4. Has good sag resistance

5. It can reduce the usage of associative thickeners and reduce production costs.

6. Easy to disperse and can effectively reduce agglomeration.

7. The method of use is simple. It can be dissolved in hot or cold water with stirring equipment, and the solution can be added directly to the product.

8. Will not reduce the surface tension of the product and will not produce foam during the production process.
